Hi, I am Andrea…

I support you in releasing what keeps you stuck - mentally, emotionally and energetically. Combining Trauma-Informed Breathwork, Somatic Alignment, Reiki, Energy Work and Mediumship.

Before entering this field, I spent nearly two decades in the fashion industry in leadership roles, managing diverse teams across cultures. Early on, I realized that methods, processes, and data alone are not enough. They teach you what to do, but sustainable leadership requires something deeper: authenticity and self-awareness.

At the time, I was leading from insecurity - afraid of making mistakes, feeling not good enough, and struggling with imposter syndrome. Over time, I understood that life reflects back the areas within us that seek growth. For me, that reflection showed up through my team and relationships. When I began taking responsibility for my inner world, the dynamics around me changed - collaboration improved and connections deepened.

I later learned how central the nervous system is to relationships and leadership. Because we are wired for connection, our nervous systems constantly communicate. A regulated nervous system allows us to stay present, create safety, and build trust through co-regulation - the foundation of effective communication, authentic relationships and resilient leadership.

Back then I didn´t have the tools so I had to learn these lessons the hard way - and I wouldn´t have it any other way. They shaped me into the leader I always aspired to become. Today, I support others in shedding what disconnects them from their authentic selves.

My story

Our life experiences shape who we are and how we perceive life—this becomes our “normal.” But when these experiences keep our nervous system in survival mode, they may protect us while also creating tension, intense emotions, and disconnection.
